The story behind invention of fireworks is quite interesting and you will be amazed to know about it. Generally, people think that fireworks were used on Independence Day, but this was not the first time, when fireworks came into existence. The story of its invention goes this way that once a Chinese cook accidentally put some spilled saltpeter into cooking fire and it produced an interesting flame. Actually, this saltpeter was used as a flavoring salt, but today it is an ingredient in gunpowder. This was the first time that clicked in his mind that such interesting flames can be nice to see at some interesting events. There are some other gun powder ingredients, which are also common in early fires.
